Our chiropractors utilize low-force techniques

Chiropractic is an optimal health care modality developed for wellness and lifestyle improvement; to help alleviate pain, increase mobility, improve organ function, cognition and co-ordination.

Chiropractic care aims to realign the spine and cranial structures helping to enable the central nervous system to function at its best without interference.

Neural Organization Technique is a low-force chiropractic technique which identifies, stimulates, and re-establishes the reflex systems of the autonomic nervous system. Primarily down regulating the fight flight reflex immune, digestive and endocrine systems while stabilizing the gait mechanism and restoring structural balance to the neuro-musculo-skeletal system.

Sacro Occipital Technique is a specialised, comprehensive, gentle and innovative technique of chiropractic founded in 1925 by Dr De Jarnette. It is so named because of the relationship between the sacrum (base of the spine) and the occiput (base of the skull).

Founded by Dr. Arlan Fuhr D.C., the Activator Method® is one of the most widely researched chiropractic techniques and the only instrument adjusting technique with clinical trials to support its efficacy. This handheld instrument is used as an alternative to the traditional manual form of chiropractic adjusting (spinal manipulation). The chiropractor uses the activator to deliver a quick, low-force impulse at specific points with the goal of restoring motion to the targeted spinal vertebra or joint.

A  manual adjustment of the spine and extremities to help joint movement and reduce pain, commonly used by chiropractors throughout the world. This is a widely used type of chiropractic manipulation/adjustment that includes most of the procedures taught at chiropractic schools. Diversified technique has three main objectives: To restore spinal alignment, repair joint dysfunction, and enhance proper movement.
